My original purchase arrived double boxed.
I sent it to Yaesu in Ca.
It was returned triple boxed (all the same box components I sent)
After a return trip to Yaesu in CA.
It was returned quad boxed.
My originally received double box
My return from repair triple box
and finally
My return from repair quadruple box.
and not one of the box components showed damage.
Each of the components was indeed designed to accept the previous size perfectly.
