I feel for you...

I bought an Alpha 87A in 1999. Because it was a return within 30 days from a
buyer who changed his mind, it was sold to me at $500 below the then-current
sales price. It arrived via UPS, and clearly had been dropped. I returned
it, and Alpha got a settlement from UPS. But I had to pay the non-discounted
price to get a brand-new one. That cost me $500 out of pocket and several
weeks' delay.

            After seaching for a decent seondhand ft1000mp,i found one and
bought it!arranged DHL to make the delivery and en route they have bounced
it!!!to my disgust,so what i am looking for is a new front facia the plastic
front,and both top and bottom cases,can anyone tell me where in the UK i can
