[ACARSLogs] Last note from this list mgr

Hi to all
Because of time (or having none) as well as some complaints on how I RUN
THE LIST I have decided to give up the lists after 6 years. In the time
I had them membership has gone down but the quality of the post has gone
up but still the same too many folks see me as a dictator and that herts
the most. The first person that e-mails me at the address in my tagline
can have both acars and acarslogs list please include you full email
address so I can forward it to Tim to make the change
