[ACARSLogs] New Collection Procedure

Ok, I have put all available servers that are up into my jacars.  This is
feeding directly into my FoxPro database, instantaneously, and it it NOT
missing one record.
 
Soon I should be able to tell you a lot about the entire world of collecting
data...hopefully.  Let me know what you think....
