[ACARSLogs] beta 11

   Beta 11 is running on my la-acars3.no-ip.info on 2206.
   Everyone please check it and let me know if you see it.
   I have about 12 plus people logged on at time to the
   laacars.no-ip.org....still   no   automatic  reports,  and  everything
   appears
   normal.  I can ping them, so they are ok network wise.  Not generating
   the reports, for some reason.
