[ACARSLogs] Problems with Reports

My autoreport function seems to have stopped for some reason, again!

I can send out manual reports from within the program, but the automatic 
feature has ceased functioning.

Don't know what happened, I'll have to check on it!

Also, when I send out "manual" reports, check the sender, it comes out 
with gobbledey gook.  Probably something not quoted right, or a wrong 
variable somewhere!
