Hi Ben,
Thank you for your time and effort in obtaining and uploading this mother
lode
of information that will help settle any questions about model
variations, and also
satisfy those of us who are amateur historians who want the whole story.
The 10/15/1931 12 page instructions for the SCR-183-T5 is the earliest
detailed
reference that I have read. I have read some minor articles about the T4
version
being used at shore artillery batteries.
For the most part, they did a very good job scanning these and stitching
the fold outs.
The picture of the SCR-174 mounted on a horse is a hoot.
I believe the historian ask if you (we) would send some photos of our gear.
