Something else to watch out for:

There are some variations out there in the connectors used.  As an 
example, I'm looking at a Radio Control Box Type BC-AE-231.  It has a 
six-pin connector, which I believe mates with a type PL-65 plug.

This is different than a Radio Control Box Type BC-AH-231.  It has a 
seven pin connector, which I believe mates with a type PL-104 plug.

Interesting side note - the SCR-AA-182 / 183 manual shows a Radio 
Control Box type BC-AA-181 that uses a PL-65 plug.
