Subject: [ARC5] BC 457 SCR274N Radio transmitter in original unmodified condition

Hi all,

Does "original unmodified condition" include the black wrinkle paint?
Maybe I'm off base or a bit too obsessed, but that unit was repainted.
Before revealing my concern to the seller, I asked him to post rear and
bottom view photos.

Most sellers use almost the exact same phrases to admit total ignorance
of the radio and it's history. Often, their declarations sound a bit corny.
However, "original unmodified condition" is a serious claim made
to elevate the price.
