[ARC5] BC 457 SCR274N Radio transmitter in original unmodified condition

At the very least, its been over-sprayed.  There is a sheen and visible 
texture to it that appears unoriginal.  Depot done?  Don't think so as 
that was not, generally, one of the throughput procedures.
