[ARC5] AM on 75 meters (now 80m band in VK)

  Here, in VK, the 80m band extends from 3500 .. 3700kHz.
  The station VK2BWI, (Wireless Institute of Australia) transmit slow
  morse on 3699.5 kHz.
  It's a useful 'edge of band' mark.
