The 0.67 ohm resistor is going to be hard to find.  What I would do is to take 3 each 2.0 ohm 1% resistors and put them in parallel.  That would give you 0.67 ohms.

1% resistors in 2.0 ohms and 20.0 ohms are available at very reasonable cost from Mouser
