[Boatanchors] Lamps for R-1051/Harris/etc

the 327 bulb and 387 have the same voltage and are basically identical  
HOWEVER, the 387 will out last the 327 by thousands of hours AND it is 
more rugged in equipment that have fans, etc. that cause vibration.  The 
327 is not as durable.

My source of information comes from decades of my experience with those 
lamps in gobs of broadcast equipment.  In transmitters where the 
vibrations were steady 24 hours a day, the 327 went out much faster.
