Hi my friends,
I am repairing one of these rare units for my friend HK1KU, I have found a
problem in one of the motors that drive the variable condensers, the gears
in the gearbox are slippering, it a sealed unit manufactured by Autotrol.
I was checking their web page and they still produce it, I made a search
where I can buy it and found it in Mouser, but they sell a minimun of 10
units and the lead time is 8 weeks....
Anybody out there who can suggest me other places to look at? or any unit
available?
