Try electrical wholesale distributors
I have some by 3M (B-01-417X) for a #22-18 to a 3/8" stud
They are insulated (pull off the vinyl sleeve) and they work well. Not 
exactly like the old solder lug you are looking at but very close
Lowes or Home Depot might have them too.
