[Boatanchors] FS: Simpson 270 Series IV High Accuracy VTVM

This is the high accuracy version of the famous SIMPSON 260 
VTVM.  The meter movement has a nice mirror scale.  This particular 
meter was made by BACH-SIMPSON in London Ontario Canada.  It looks 
like new, has the carry handle and is in the original box.  New 
coiled test leads are included.

It is from an estate and hasn't been used for a while.  The batteries 
were removed prior to storage so it will  need new ones.  It uses a 
9Volt and a 'D' size 1.5 volt flashlight battery.

This meter is particularly appropriate for working on "Boatanchor".
