Thanks for putting up the info and this is a nice small amplifier.  

I picked one up at a little hamfest earlier this year.  It came with the AC supply, a very quiet fan that sits on top, and a relay box for modern transceivers.  The previous owner (now SK) had been using it with an IC-706.  I have it paired up with the Heathkit HR-20/HX-20 mobile twins (but not mobile!).  It might be possible to fit them all in the pickup but definitely not in the CTS.

There was an article published a long time ago on converting this amp to single band 160 meter operation but the similar SB-200 would have been a better candidate since I would not want to count on the HA-14 for contesting duty.  Apparently the DC supply was pretty problematic (according to user reports/complaints) but the AC supply seems to be reliable.
