[Boatanchors] DPDT Lever switch wanted

I understood John to mean a two position lever switch, as used on numerous 
intercoms, except they would likely be spring return.
Spring return can be defeated by removing the spring. So what he wants is 
DPDT On-On lever actuated. IMHO
