This is the perfect instrument for working with BA gear.   Nothing beats an analog meter for servicing.  The 269 has it all. Here are just a few of the specs.  100,000 ohms per volt DC. 5,000 ohms per volt AC.  Measures  from 16ua to 16A DC; 0 to 800 VAC;
0-1600VDC and 4000VDC with a probe (not included); Ohms 0-to 200 megohms.  Has AF output capabilities from 0 to -12db and from 0- to +11 db.  Has large 7 inch scale.  Checked out on all functions.  This meter can measure Grid Current on the 16ua  scale. AGC voltage measurements.  High plate voltages. Bias
voltages.  It can measure capacity with some conditions and the manual shows a circuit to use. Comes with test leads, batteries, copy of the manual.  Excellent condition.
