Thanks to everyone for their comments on the Heath, Drake, and Collins twins last week.

I have decided to try a pair of Drake twins. After reading the comments about the problems with the Collins units I have decided the they are just over priced because of SNOB APPEAL.

What I would like to find out now is how much difference is the between the Drake R4, R4A, and R4B. I don't think I am interested in the R4C.

One thing I liked about the early T4 transmitters is that they have AM even though it is only controlled carrier. At least it is AM and at about twice the power of my DX-60.
