[Boatanchors] [Milsurplus] Wanted: 7-pin Socket Savers

Jay,

I have an MX-1258/U.  But the units in it are not socket savers.  They are 
test adaptors, with test points (pads) beside the socket for each pin.  They 
are taller (in the case of the 7- and 9-pin miniature one much taller) than 
socket savers.  And lack the insulated stud sticking out of the bottom.  
The stud secures the saver into the original socket, preventing it moving or 
pulling out when you insert or remove a tube.  They are short enough (above 
the existing socket) that you can still close the cover without removing 
them.
