I ignore those e-QSLs. To me they are yet another modern day nuisance.
I tell anyone who wants a QSL I'm happy to oblige provided they send
me a real QSL filled out by hand via postal mail. I don't care if
they put it in an envelope or not. Unsigned QSLs generated by
computers with QSO data on a stick on label go into the trash. To me
that is just automatically generated junk mail and hardly a courtesy.
How many people mail out holiday greeting cards that are unsigned.
I see no difference. Hams who want my grid square or Kane County for
some wall paper and bulk mail their QSLs from some logging program can
talk to someone else.
