Last year, I got heavy radios from 2 different senders posted as media  
mail.  II was charged a lot for shipping so the shipper made out like a  
bandit.  Maybe....I reported both of them to the Postal Inspectors and  eBay.  
Never heard if any action was taken by either group But  a Postal Inspector 
came to the house and took the boxes and packing  materials and a picture of 
the contents.
