[Boatanchors] Medial Mail

So I guess you can't ship a DVD or CD if it has a web address printed in the internal package that leads to a web advertisement for their CDs. I am starting to think that perhaps nothing really qualifies as media mail if the adjudicator wants to be a pedant.

I agree. I also just came back from my local post office and asked the
Supervisor there about Media Mail. If it's a book or a magazine, and it
has advertising in it, it can't ship by Media Mail no matter how you
label the outside of the package (Media Mail - Bound Matter, Media Mail -
Printed Matter, Media Mail - History Matter, etc.). Since the typical
postal package can go through several offices and distribution centers on
its route from here to there, no everyone may have a more open and/or the
same view of Media Mail labeled packages.
