Dick,

We have the International Space Station now,  and eventually everyone
will have to deal with its return to Earth, which will absolutely
happen at some point.   Manned space flight is coming to an end except
for anyone who wants to go into the space tourist business or spend
billions of tax dollars doing things that have already been done.
Everything else is just a TV show.
