A lot depends on how many are being shipped to a single location and what
USPS Zone they are in if you're considering Parcel Post or plain Priority
Mail. If it's only a few, a flat rate Priority Mail envelope at $4.95
(ships anywhere there is a valid USPS ZIP code - none of this dumb lower
48 only stuff) might be the answer. And, of course, the shipping charge,
whatever it is ,should be the responsibility of the receiver along with
the cost of the magazine(s).
