[Boatanchors] Need case and connector

I don't have a case or shock mount but do have the manual (reprint for 
sale) and might have a connector.  Last year I acquired several cubic feet of 
early AN connectors.  However, if you are in a hurry, call Bill Perry.  Tell 
him that you need an AN3106-18-4S, which crosses to the later MS3106A-18-4S.  
And you need an AN3057-10 or AN3057-10A cable clamp (nomenclature never 
changed to MS).
