Thanks, Richard, and normally I'd agree.  However,
I don't plan to ever sell it.  I intend to have it refinished
( in *GASP!* semi-gloss!), modfy the B+ and bias circuits
to get rid of a design flaw that causes hummmmm
during AVC action, bypass the 6X5 (which, in Zeniths, is bad about
heater-cathode shorts that take out the power transformer)
shine-up the brass and lots of other things I'd never do to a historic
military rig.  My granddaughter will get it when I'm gone.
Never know; attitudes about cabinet refinishing
may change over the next 50 years.
And if not- ya'll can dig me up and give me a cussin' ;-)
