The problem with groups is that you can only assign one group number 
to a QSO, not multiple group numbers.  I like to use group numbers 
for contests (i.e. KY QSO Party this weekend was group #118).  The is 
only a problem when the same QSO counts for multiple contests (i.e. 
first weekend of May with MARAC CW, NEQP, 7QP and INQP).

Look at Filter -> Selection.  Create DATE filters for each of your 
callsigns (assuming they do not overlap).  Using a Filter Selection, 
you can generate individual award statistics for just that selection 
(callsign).  If you use F8 to select only a group NUMBER, the reports 
will still show statistics for your entire log, not only the selected group.
