[Dx4win] Log Dupes

OK here is my " should know the answer" Question.
  How do I get rid of Dupes in my log, I thought I was
smart and copied my log from the shack went inside to
get comfortable inside. I made additions in the card
received and other items. did this for a while and
went to the shack updated and did the deleate dupes.
Like I said I did this for a while. I now checked my
log because my Q count is increasing and I have dupes.
How can I go back and remove these items. Go ahead and
say it... one at a time! Is there an easy way?
