[Dx4win] Orion radioBUG by N4DSP

Running version now 7.02 (build15) did not know whe are so far.
Setup is Orions (V1) now and making now some 400 qso's in cqww CW
did not have to time to play serious  but never got  a problem
with no correct logging mode or band till now !

What I see is some slow reacting between ORION and DX4WIN
sometimes here on my 3000 amd CPU.Probely to much code or
polling.Did not see that with my yaesu ft1000mp's.


I miss 2 new countrys in my dxcc ...hmmm montenegro but  my memory
forgot the onther new one some kh i thaugt.To much wine and dinner with
the family reunion now , need some rest (a long siesta) and after that back
to cqww

Winkey is working great here via comport.In 2 weeks I have the newer USB
versions.
