[Dx4win] DX4WIN 7.02, microHam router queries, and pauses

I do have the same problem mainly when running RTTY with DX4Win (No
problem with RTTY on win-test), I have also Microkeyer and Icom 756 pro
III. I think it is some thing to do with dx4win not liking the
microkeyer (or router)
