[Dx4win] Syncing LOTW with DX4WIN

Very easy.  Download the LoTW ADIF report from ARRL.  In DX4WIN, File 
-> Import, pick ADIF.  File -> Import, it will prompt for the 
name/location of your lotwreport.adi file.  After clicking OK, you'll 
get a drop-down menu.  One of the options is "Imported QSO sets 
Upload Confirmed flag".  That will just mark those LoTW QSOs as 
Confirmed in your log.

In your DX4WIN QSO Preferences, make sure , that "Confirmed QSOs" is 
set to "Card or Upload"
