DX4WIN doesn't do what you want.  Maybe it's something Paul can add 
in the future.

However, it's possible that you *could* change your QSO preferences 
to "Card in Hand" and re-do the submission.  You'll get some overlap 
(i.e. you have a card that will otherwise be confirmed by LoTW), but 
it could be a much lower number than 300.
