[FedCom] 413.050/413.525/418.075

OK - I know there's a few more Southern Californians out there...HELP!
I hear computer installers on 413.050 R & 413.525 R, which are obviously 
repeating the same input (I think they're at Camp Pendleton).
Then, I hear a totally separate user, who may not even know they are being 
repeated on these freqs, sometimes clear, sometimes encrypted, doing 
surveillances (one I THINK was in Long Beach). Who am I hearing and what 
freq is being repeated????
  Also- another friend reports hearing the same group of people I heard 
(using 418.075 direct, with a 136.5 PL) doing a surveillance in Orange 
County. WHO are these guys/gals???  Any help appreciated! Ruff
