Gulfstream IV Tail 20375 (actually 62-0375) is an Andrews 89AW/99AS C-20H VIP
acft. It uses Selcal JSCP. It was the acft that returned Sec of Defense
Rumsfeld from Europe June 7, 2001. Previously it was based at Chievres AB in
Belgium and flew as SPAR 76 (i.e. SPecial Air Resources 76), the NATO SACEUR
acft.
