Here is what I found on 92-0375 from www.scramble.nl:
serial 92-0375
type: C-20H
CN:1256
Unit:99th AS
status: act
first: feb96
last: oct01

I'm guessing this is the owner of the plane:
http://www.usarc.army.mil/99thrsc/

The FAS lists the C-20 as a military version of gulfstreams, so this is
probably a good match.

In the future, if you want to take a tail number and find the status, it is
pretty simple if you understand how the numbers are painted on the aircraft.
The "rule" for the serial number is the first two digits are the year the
plane was ordered and then a 4 digit number. [I guess the USAF can't buy
more than 9999 aircraft in one year else they have to change the system.]
For whatever reason, the whole serial number is not painted on the tail, but
it has been my experience that the last 4 digits are always present. This
means you have to guess the year, but in your case, at least one digit was
present, so I guessed 92. If the type didn't match, I would try 82, then 72,
etc.

Here is the link to get to the database:
http://www.scramble.nl/milbase.htm

Given that you spotted this aircraft at a commercial base, I would have
taken a photograph as those are always "collector's items". Note that it was
one observant person like yourself that caught the secretary of the army
using his c-37A on a boondoggle in Vail Colorado, to which he is still
taking heat, not to mention his ties to Enron.
