[FedCom] 418.35?

Is it a continuous control channel?    If not, it's likely digitally modulated
speech.  The voice transmissions on Motorola Astro digital systems I've heard in
Central Florida sound similar to a control channel, but the noise is heard only
when speech is transmitted.
