Anyone have any confirmed freqs for the National Wildlife Refuges in Massachusetts on Plum Island, Sudbury River, or Monomoy Island off Cape Cod? They might be on 34.83, 34.81, or ?164.825 - or maybe on 400 Mhz. (The Plum Island site did have a brush truck, tanker, small dozer, and grader about 7 years ago).
