   The CAP has a webpage documenting frequencies and pls used for all 50
states.  I have visited it but did not bookmark  the URL.  In Va., 148.1375
mhz. uses 100 hz.  I do not show a pl tone for 149.5375 mhz.  A web search
of "CAP" or "CAP radio frequencies" should appear.  In Va. for CAP repeater
operations, pl tones do vary by transmit site.
