[FedCom] FBI 173.1 mHz

I had asked a few weeks ago about FBI use of 173.100 mHz in the Portland, OR
area. I got some great info, and was also advised that this frequency seems
to be used by some Canadian truckers running through the area. Tonight I
caught them - several simplex units on 173.1 mhz, 136.5pl tone were
chit-chatting about their travels and other interesting stuff - defiantly
did NOT sound like federal law enforcement!
