[FedCom] "On Scene" Barnes MAP/ANGB

Spent apporx two hours this morning (4/20/02) "on scene" on the civilian
side of the airport (Westfield MA) with equipment BC780XLT & RS magnet
mount mobile scanner antenna (250-1300 mhz).  FEDCOM wise here some
applicable frequencies heard:

165.7625 (no PL), S6 meter reading, steady tone carrier, probably FAA
transmitter link (but interesting it wasn't showing any CTCCS/DPL).

167.5875 (PL 167.9), S3/4 meter reading (not sure if simplex or repeater),
just some unmodulated carriers, probably FBI.

408.825  Data channel, S6 meter reading, believe it has to do with FAA
instrumentation on airfield.

409.175 Same as above. 

Additionally the following National Weather service freqs were audible:

162.425 (Southern VT, Ames Hill, Marlboro VT)
162.475 (Northern CT, Soap Stone Mt, Somers CT)
162.525 (Berkshires (MA) & Eastern (NY), Mt Greylock, Adams MA)
162.550 (Center Mass, Asnebumskit Hill Paxton MA)

Actually very quiet radio communications wise!!!!
