[FedCom] US Customs Aero Help

Does anyone know where Lima-800 and Lima-950 bases are ???  I'm thinking 
Jacksonville, Fl and March ARB, CA.  Usually when I hear aircraft notifying 
Sector, they tell Sector to notify Jackpot & Hammer that they're en route 
somewhere with an eta.  Today I heard an aircraft (Lima-16-Quebec) telling 
Sector to notify Lima 950 and 800 that they were 2 hours out of Plattsburgh, 
NY.  So people in the Jacksonville, FL and March ARB please help and confirm 
or denie the info !!!
