[FedCom] TSA Comms? (was "On Scene" Barnes MAP/ANGB)

Just my personal experience - Many times since 9/11, I have sat near the security
checkpoint at PDX (Portland, OR) with a scanner running in full view of all the
security guards, airport police a national guard troops. I have been discreet
(using an earphone), but have never even gotten a second glance from anyone in
uniform.

Speaking of which - Local news reports today indicate that the National Guard
troops working airport security duty are about to be replaced with the members of
the Transportation Security Administration. Does anyone want to speculate on what
this new government agency will be using for communications? Secured, I'm sure,
but will they have some new federal frequencies in operation, or are they under
another existing agency (maybe FAA?) and may show up on their existing channels?
