In Ca., it is illegal to heavily tint the drivers side. Of course, the UC
cars do not have such a restriction, hence they are easy to spot.

Often they will be parked in the "10-87" position, i.e. driver's window to
driver's window, as old habits are hard to break.

Occasionally, if the UC are trying to link up with air surveillance, they UC
will park in a manner very different from the surrounding cars, i.e.
parallel parking in the wrong direction, to make it easier for the person in
the air to spot their vehicle.

The dead givaway for UC fed vehicles in California is windows tinted far
beyond the legal limit.
