Any idea who is on 408.025 simplex or 406.850 encrypted (input?) in the
San Diego area? I show 408.025 as Labor, but this sounded like law
enforcement. Also, what about this "Homeland Security" (very scary) agency?
Any freqs heard of, or are they using FEMA's and itinerants?
Over the years I've picked up surveillances and encryption on these quite
often.
408.400 TX 418.050 RX FEMA/Groom Lake Perimeter Security
418.075 DIR 136.5 PL
418.575
165.6625 DIR encryption
168.350 DIR FBI radio techs/ FBI regular channel east coast
166.225
169.600
172.300 encryption
164.8625 used by EVERYBODY. Was FBI, then Marshal's, Customs D7 Kel-kit
BRAVO body taps, now in San Diego, control channel for Border Patrol VHF
SENECA system.
Also- anyone found any encrypted unidents 138-143 or 148-151 MgHz?
Marines used a 4-channel coded trunked system during the URBAN WARRIOR
exercise (whose patch by the way, which now seems to have been removed
everywhere on the net, was a huge fire-breathing DRAGON-universal biblical
symbol for Satan- breathing it's fire above the World trade Center Towers
(Someone very high up giving a message to the initiated???) on
139.450/138.125/139.075/139.825 (the first and last being FEMA freqs...wow,
what a coincidence, huh?) And why would the symbol for a house to house
combat exercise show the dragon over A U.S. CITY??? Unless of course there
was a plan (see REX-84, GARDEN PLOT, & CABLE SPLICER) to go house to house
rounding up weapons & us dangerous folks who oppose the "New World Order" (a
term first used openly by Alice Bailey, a Luciferian Theosophist, in her
book "Ponder on This" (pp.177)and defined as a Luciferian World Government
dictatorship) ? But of course, I'm a paranoid, delusional,
constitutionalist-conspiracy nut who thinks US military forces should be led
by US Commanders, not ex-east block UN generals. Ruff
