Yes, there are quite a few callsigns that can get away with alot. ROSS, 
IDAHO, FLINT, OMAHA, are just ones I know. I've also been told (and it was 
written about in a Dale Brown book but the controller I know swears it's 
true) that GENESIS is a generic military callsign for experimental aircraft 
and has priority handling. So does FLYNEST, the DOE NEST guys (plug in 370.0 
and 167.850). Ruff
