[FedCom] Fed Skip Activity Springfield MA Area

I do, intermittently, get enough noise to break squelch but can't make out
any voice.  I do live about 30 miles from I-91, and am located at 990' elev,
bit have no idea where any of their southern New England repeaters are (if
any).
