[FedCom] USFS/BLM/CDF I forgot...

>From my spot in Southeast Texas, there is occasional, what seems to be,
interference by
users speaking Spanish on both some Federal as well as State frequencies.
Sometimes it seems to be "skip" (Nuevo Laredo taxis?), but other times, who
knows who they
may be, since they are using the same PL tones as the law enforcement radios
to conduct traffic.
One sometimes wonders if the Federales are north of the border working with
some
type of task force and are using US/Texas radios.
