It looks like a really good site that explains most of the details.  Even 
though they are called Forest and Interior they are used on most fires 
regardless of which agency has jurisdiction.  The interior stuff is shared 
frequencies and the forest stuff is cleared for use nationwide, but you'll see 
things like the Forest tactical used at a presidential inauguration since it 
is cleared for DC.
